Great relaxing atmosphere. Services was fast and nice. Best fried chicken I've eaten in along time. The cornbread is good just the right amount of sweet and I ate the whole large mac and cheese myself it was nice and slightly creamy. Such a good place to eat a must try.

Wow we really loved this place, small menu, nice people. Fried chicken on point! Fried in all natural beef tallow. Ribs were delicious and tender. Red beans n rice was great and so was the corn bread. 12.95 for the rib lunch was perfect. Served on a real plate!

The fried chicken is crispy, juicy, and well-seasoned, and the sides are just as good. I tried the fried okra and it was perfectly crispy and flavorful. Everything tasted fresh and comforting, and the staff was really nice and welcoming. A great spot for fried chicken and Southern sides.

UPDATE: Adding a picture from my most recent visit and the Mac n cheese is STILL dry unlike the restaurants claim that it is usually creamy. Ate everything except that 1 side. Just wanted to order it again to give a fair shot. Although it may be moist when others go, that has not been MY experience. OK 👌🏾 Googled ... “soul food near me” and this was one of the options.
